I work with adults ages 24 and up, focusing on those who have experienced trauma or distressing life events. My approach centers on individual therapy, though I may occasionally include family members or partners if it benefits the healing process.

Therapy is an investment in your well-being and resilience. If you pay my full fee, you also help support clients accessing sliding-scale rates. I am an out-of-network provider and I aaccept FSA and HSA cards as forms of payment. If you’re using out-of-network benefits, I can provide the necessary documentation (superbills) for possible reimbursement. However, please note that it is each client’s responsibility to determine their out-of-network benefits. I do not verify eligibility for out-of-network coverage or guarantee any reimbursements.
